Mr. Kurimura attended Chuo University in Japan, Coe College, and Brandeis University. He also attended the MBA program at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and passed an exam for Japanese Certified Financial Analyst. After he graduated from Brandeis University with a master's degree in International Economics and Finance, he worked for Nomura Research Institute as a Macroeconomic Research Analyst in Tokyo.

Prior to joining Hotta Liesenberg Saito in 2006, Mr. Kurimura was with KPMG in Chicago and Detroit for over 10 years. His primary focus was on providing audit engagements for US, European, and Japanese companies. He serviced a variety of industries, including automobile, steel, chemical, consumer and industrial electronics, trading companies for industrial equipment and food, real estate, advertisement agency, industrial design, law firms, and the U.S. government. In addition, he was involved in various projects related to mergers and acquisitions and securitization of nonperforming loans for Japanese and U.S. financial institutions.

Mr. Kurimura enjoys observing how various products are actually manufactured at a plant and is excited to see his clients grow as he assists management to make sound business decisions as an advisor. In his free time, he plays golf and soccer, runs, and listens to Japanese music.
