Kevin was a partner in the tax practice of Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in providing tax consulting services for multi-national organizations. In 1984, he began work on his first foreign owned client, an automotive supplier to Honda in Marysville, Ohio.

As the Japanese tax practice grew he began serving electronics, steel and forging companies in Cleveland in addition to several Honda suppliers in Columbus, Ohio. He moved to Indianapolis in 1997 to assist the local Deloitte office with growing their international tax practice and served on Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu's North American Japanese Tax Practice team.

He gained extensive experience in consulting on U.S. and state and local tax incentives for foreign owned companies engaged in manufacturing and distribution. He has over 20 years experience negotiating with field agents, appeals officers, and counsel in settling income tax matters. In 2001, he joined Somerset CPAs, a BDO Seidman Alliance firm, where he oversaw the firm's international inbound (Japan, United Kingdom) and outbound (Europe, Mexico, Canada, Southeast Asia, China) tax practice including international assignment services for key management.

Kevin is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, Japan America Society of Indiana and American Institute of CPAs Tax Section. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is a CPA licensed to practice in Indiana and Ohio.

Kevin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in accounting in 1978 and graduated from the University of Dayton, JD with a concentration in advanced taxation in 1983. He is an attorney and a CPA.
