Mr. Yamazaki earned his B.A. in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. After working for two years with Pricewaterhouse in Mexico City, Mr. Yamazaki decided to enter into the Masters of Accounting program at the University of Southern California, where he graduated in 1998.

Prior to joining HLS, Mr. Yamazaki worked with Deloitte for 10 years in the audit practice. Mr. Yamazaki served as the manager on a variety of large and mid-sized audit clients in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and energy industries.

Mr. Yamazaki joined Hotta Liesenberg Saito in January 2009 and is primary responsible for managing audit and review engagements, providing training and developing our people, assisting audit engagements with accounting or auditing issues, and assisting the partner of quality control. Mr. Yamazaki is also involved in our plans to continue growing locally and globally; and expanding our serving capabilities to our multinational clients with operations in Mexico.

Mr. Yamazaki is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Yamazaki enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, and playing sports.
